Files are uploaded to our secure servers and recipients receive unique download links via email. The files are only accessible to the recipient with the download link. We use industry-standard encryption for file storage and transmission to ensure your models remain secure during transfer.

Transferred files remain available for download for 7 days from the time they are sent. Recipients will receive an email with a secure download link that expires after this period. This ensures security while providing sufficient time for download.

Currently, the transfer service supports GLB files, which are widely compatible with web browsers, 3D software, and modern applications. GLB format ensures recipients can easily view and use the transferred models across different platforms and devices.

Simply click 'Select File' or drag and drop your file into the upload area. The conversion will start automatically and you'll be able to download the converted file once it's complete.

You can upload files up to 100MB in size. For most 3D models, this is more than sufficient. If you need to process larger files, please contact us for assistance.
